Customizing DAM 6.5 SP2 so that the Properties window is not launched as a popup

Create a directory $CATALINA/webapps/dam/custom/config/actions.


Go to $CATALINA/webapps/dam/webcomponent/config/actions and copy the file dm_sysobject_actions.xml to this directory.


Edit the file copied to the custom directory as such:

Go to the XML node contained in the node.

Below the node there is a node called .

Remove the node and all nodes contained within.


Restart the web application server.
